Where to find it

In the menu, under Personal, open My expenses and the Expense reimbursement tab. If you can't see it, your company hasn't turned the module on yet.

Creating the expense

  1. Select New expense. You can also drag the invoices anywhere on the screen.
  2. Attach the invoice with Take photo or attach. On your phone you can take the photo straight away.
  3. Write a short description (for example, "Lunch with a client").
  4. Check the date, the category and the amount of each document.
  5. Select Submit.

To submit, the expense needs a description, at least one document and the amount of each document. Until you submit, it stays as a draft and you can change or delete it.

Approval and payment

The expense goes to whoever your company chose to approve it, usually your team leader. You are notified when it is decided.

  • Approved: your company pays it by bank transfer in one of the next payment batches. Once paid, the expense shows as Paid.
  • Rejected: the reason appears on the expense. Fix what is needed and select Submit again. The history is kept.

Monthly allowance

Some companies give a monthly amount for expenses. If yours does, the tab shows how much you have used this month.

Tolls and mileage

Tolls and parking are expenses, with the invoice. Kilometres driven in your own car for work are recorded in mileage logs (Mapas de Km's).
