Slack: your status changes by itself when you're on leaveAvailable

Each employee connects their Slack in seconds (OAuth, no tokens to handle) and chooses what they receive. On the first day of leave the status changes to 'On leave · back on 12/08', and it clears itself when you return.

• Automatic status during absences, with wording each person chooses. For sick leave and other leave, the reason is never shown
• A DM the day before: 'your leave starts tomorrow, your status will change'
• Direct message notifications: requests to approve, decisions, payslip available (just the alert, amounts never leave the portal)
• The admin controls, event by event, what goes to Slack. Each employee has their own opt-outs
• The /selfcare command: request leave, check your balance, see who is away and the requests to approve, without leaving Slack
• Privacy first: the app doesn't read messages or channels, and disconnecting removes access immediately
