Where they are
In the menu, under Personal, open My payslips. You see the list of months, newest first. Open a month to see the payslip and use the PDF button to download it.
Payslips are also kept in My documents, in the payslips folder, with your other documents.
When they become available
Your payslip appears when your company closes the month's payroll. If your company runs payroll in another program, HR uploads the payslips to Selfcare and they appear in the same way.
What the payslip shows
- Your base salary and the month's allowances (for example, the meal allowance, subsídio de alimentação, and the holiday or Christmas allowance, subsídio de férias or de Natal, when they are paid).
- Deductions: income tax withheld at source (IRS) and Social Security (Segurança Social).
- The net amount, which is what reaches your bank account.
- The work accident insurer and policy number, as the law requires.
If you chose English in Settings, Preferences, you can download your payslip in English. The copy archived in My documents is always the Portuguese one.
An amount looks wrong
Talk to your company's HR team. A closed payslip is never changed: if there is a mistake, your company issues a correcting payslip, which appears in the list.
